PATC National Training Conference (Las Vegas Spring 2027)

This is a 3-day class. Start time is 8:00am - 4:00pm local time each day.

NOTE: DAY 1 OF THIS CLASS WILL BEGIN AT 4:00PM-MIDNIGHT DAY 2 OF THIS CLASS WILL BEGIN AT 8:00AM-4:00PM SEATING FOR THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 20 PEOPLE.

To qualify to take Phase III Hostage Negotiations Certification you must have completed Phase I & II Hostage Negotiations through Public Agency Training Council. No other hostage training courses will qualify an individual / team qualify to take Phase III.

This course is specifically designed to assist individuals working in law enforcement, corrections, EMTs, Fire Fighters, and other first responders to better manage hostile street encounters. Many citizens and communities have come to expect that officers receive training in applying verbal de-escalation strategies.

There will be a 1 hour break during this training.

This course is designed for more than just current or aspiring team leaders. All negotiators, regardless of rank or assignment, will benefit from understanding leadership dynamics, team decision-making, and how negotiating strategies are shaped at the leadership level.

This course is a comprehensive INTRODUCTORY LEVEL overview for the law enforcement officer who has recently the crucial task of conducting supplemental investigations of suspected criminal offenses.

This is a 4.5 day class. The PD hours for this class are 40 due to assignments that are given during class and as homework.

This two-part webinar will address the essential elements of effective writing, followed by tips and techniques for finding and writing grants. While each is designed to be standalone, taking the essentials of effective writing is a valuable precursor to the grant writing webinar. The two sessions are beneficial for law enforcement officers and associated administrative or support staff. You will improve and expand your skills in writing and researching, with an emphasis on grants.

The LSAT 12- hour basic training webinar is presented in 4, three-hour blocks over two days. The class will start at 10:00a.m. EST and end at 5:00p.m. EST each day. You will get a 1-hour lunch break each day.
