Utilizing Neuroscience Tools to Manage Internal & External Chaos: Dealing with "Crashing Out"

Description

This webinar will share neuroscience tools and techniques we can utilize to help individuals manage their internal responses to external chaos in the environment, while at the same time, increasing our influence over adversaries. In modern slang terms, to "crash out" means to have a sudden, emotional, or physical breakdown, often due to stress, being overwhelmed, or burnout, leading to an uncontrolled outburst or shutdown. The primary application of these tools is to help a person regulate their own neurological state, which improves their ability to cope with and respond effectively to stressful, tumultuous situations. This webinar will allow us to become extremely influential and powerful when engaging with others on a daily basis.
