This training is designed for individuals in supervisory and leadership positions.  The training focuses on the difficult task of maintaining the appropriate levels of oversight for officers and inmates.  We will address the significant concerns that the field of corrections faces on a daily basis.  We will discuss strategies to deal with and prevent the entry of contraband into the facility.  We will also work through safe reporting systems as many officers are reluctant to report illegal activity.  We will bridge all divides in the levels of supervision, ensuring that communication is effective and current.  We will look at the importance of federally required reporting systems, investigations, and compliance.  Attendees, in this training course, will have an opportunity to work through concerns and how to actively participate in successful levels of supervision and compliance.  We will work through the expectations of leadership and how leaders should effectively lead. This course offers realistic and doable strategies without conflicting with your current policies and training expectations.
