Description
This course is specifically tailored for law enforcement supervisors and command staff tasked with overseeing a Field Training Program. While many agencies invest in developing Field Training Officers (FTOs), they often overlook the vital role of the program's leadership. This training is designed to equip Field Training Managers (FTMs) and Coordinators (FTCs) with the tools, knowledge, and leadership skills needed to effectively manage and support the program. Emphasis will be placed on practical strategies for supervision, documentation, performance management, and legal compliance to ensure a successful training environment.
