Course Duration and Outline: The course lasts for four days, with eight hours each day. The course covers four main modules; Understanding Digital Evidence and Legal Considerations; Identification and Recognition of Digital Evidence; Legal Seizure and Collection of Digital Evidence and Analysis and Presentation of Digital Evidence.
Each module consists of morning and afternoon sessions, with a lunch break in between and 15 minuet breaks in the morning session and afternoon sessions. Each module also includes a practical exercise and a case study.
Learning Objectives: To provide investigators with comprehensive knowledge and skills for identifying, seizing, and handling digital evidence effectively in criminal investigations and legal proceedings.
