Students completing this course will know how to handle practically every search and seizure scenario they run into involving vehicles. Advanced Search & Seizure: Narcotic Investigations This advanced course covers the most important legal issues for proactive narcotics officers and street officers. Topics include undercover operations inside homes, executing drug warrants, motel rooms, and knock and announce rules. Officer liability is also taught, including wrong-address liability. The course also includes a thorough explanation of all the Miranda requirements. And much, much more.
