Law Enforcement Response to Suspicious Drone Calls Webinar

Drones/sUASs (Small Unmanned Aerial Systems) are increasingly being utilized by hobbyist, commercial pilots and criminals.  Law enforcement officers are increasingly responding to suspicious or criminal activity involving drones.  Drones are regulated and considered aircraft by the FAA.  However, law enforcement officers must be armed with current legal knowledge pertaining to drones in order to appropriately respond to these types of calls.  This webinar will discus the art of balancing the enforcement of state laws while understanding applicable federal regulations.  (2hrs)
