Andrew Sotomayor is a dedicated law enforcement professional with over a decade of experience in policing, emergency response, and public safety education. Currently serving as a Police Officer with the Sycamore Police Department, Andrew has previously worked in specialized police units, emergency dispatch, and fire service, giving him a broad perspective on community safety and crisis management.

Andrew is committed to advancing modern, effective, and ethical law enforcement training. A certified instructor in multiple disciplines including A.L.I.C.E., R.A.D., Defensive Tactics, and Firearms he brings a passion for training and professional development to every learning environment.

He also holds multiple FBI certifications in Ethics, Integrity & Procedural Justice, and Supervisory Liability, as well as advanced certifications in interview, interrogation, and digital evidence handling.
